The Work Programme of the Danish Presidency for the Agriculture and Fisheries Council is now available. It will be presented at the next Council meeting taking place on the 23rd January (further details of the event available in our events section here).
The programme states that the overall themes: “A responsible Europe, a dynamic Europe, a green Europe and a safe Europe” will influence the presidency with the three priorities that call for most attention in the Agriculture and Fisheries Council:
• The reform of The Common Agricultural Policy
• The reform of The Common Fisheries Policy
• Improved Food Safety and Animal Welfare
